Order through Internet will only be accepted after confirmation by Oui Bakery & Café.Com, and it must be paid by Credit Card. Order cannot be cancelled and payment will not be refunded once the order has been accepted.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to subtitute any fruit ingredients by seasonal fruits.

Delivery charge per location : Net purchase below RM100, delivery charge for all KL is RM10.

Free delivery service is provided for pick up ordered goods at Oui Bakery & Café.Com Shops.

Oui Bakery & Café.Com will take no responsibility should late delivery be caused by force majeure events. Invoice will be void should customers fail to pick up the ordered goods within the agreed period. The payment will not be refunded.
